Why do special marriage registration?
1) Husband-Wife is the only identity document.
2) At present wife’s smart / NID card has father’s name instead of husband’s name, marriage registration must be required to change the husband’s name.

6) Marriage registration will be required as proof of bank/ insurance application.
7) Marriage registration is required for any job transfer.

Required for marriage registration:-NID card/ birth certificate/ SSC certificate, 2 copies of passport size photograph, current address and permanent address. Everything must be provided in English.
